Pet parenthood is not always a walk in the park (unless you have a dog. Then yes, sometimes that’s true). Instead, it’s full of messiness and randomness with lots of highs and plenty of lows. It’s anything but clean and bright and full of non-stop smiles—despite what other pet brands want you to believe.

This campaign brings to life those “IYKYK” moments that anyone who’s shared their life with a pet can relate to. Together with Director Lloyd Lee Choi, we set out to make each spot feel completely authentic and lived-in; like we’ve eavesdropped into the homes of these pets and their pet owners.
